Daily routine for Pitta dosha:

    • Pitta should get up an hour before sunrise, brush your teeth for at least 3 minutes, consciously aware of what you are doing, thoroughly cleaning your teeth and between the tooth and the gum (you can consult any dentist for the correct way to clean your teeth, as it is not done correctly, even if you have been doing it all your life).
    • After brushing, Ayurveda advises massaging the gums with a mixture based on cardamom, honey, 1 pinch of rock salt and sesame oil.
    • With a herbal tea of fennel or licorice, gargle.
    • Wash your eyes with triphala or rose water.
    • Wash with water and put a few drops of sesame oil or ghee in both nostrils.
    • Pitta skin care: has combination and sensitive skin, so you should do a double facial cleansing, twice a day, morning and night. Use only cosmetics suitable for your skin type.
    • Drink (obviously on an empty stomach): ¼ cup of aloe juice
    • The yoga asanas and exercises for Pitta are shitali breathing, sun salutation, shoulder stand, bow, fish, shavasana, walking, running, swimming.
    • Massage with coconut oil before bathing, use a shower gel or soap with essential oil of: rose, sandalwood or vetiver.

      • Never wash your head with water that is too hot or too cold.
      • Dedicate at least 15-20 minutes to praying or meditating. It is advisable to start with guided meditations, calm, sitting on the floor (protected from the cold), in silence, breathing consciously.
      • Then, and not before, have cold cereal for breakfast.
      • Lunch (12:30-13:30) Follow the balanced diet for each dosha. Ayurveda recommends eating without television or radio, and in silence, seeing, smelling, touching and feeling what you are eating, chewing very well. Water is only drunk to help swallow, if necessary, and after the meal. Rest for a few minutes afterwards.
      • Snack (15:00-16:00) Eat something light that helps balance the main dosha.
      • At sunset, wash your feet, hands and face and change your clothes. Dedicate at least 15-20 min to meditate or pray.
      • Dinner (19:30-20:30) follow the diet to balance the main dosha.
      • Night: follow the routine to cleanse, nourish and hydrate the skin, without forgetting that the face must be damp.
      • Massage the scalp and feet with brahmi oil.
      • Pray, forget about the worries, conflicts and frustrations of the day.
      • Turn off the light between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
